Our methods are kind and ethical, and are based on the latest scientific research. The training we do is force free and we do not advocate the use of aversive methods which involve pain and fear.

Accredited Training
We are accredited with the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) and Imogen is a full member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT, no.01514).
Being registered with these dog training councils means that we agree to adhere to an industry regulated code of ethics and that our methods have been examined, assessed and verified as being safe and effective to use with your dog.
Family Friendly
We believe that the whole family should be involved in your dogβs training and welfare and we invite all family members to be a part of our work together.
Children are especially welcome to join us at classes and we have been fortunate to work with many talented young handlers over the years.
The safety of children around dogs also forms a significant part of our curriculum.

We are proud to hold five star Google ratings across all of our Puppy Schools as well as our private dog training business. We also receive regular positive feedback via our social media channels which can be viewed publicly online.

I became a professional dog trainer in 2017 after experiencing firsthand the efficacy of reward based dog training methods when I attended a Puppy School course with my own puppy. I was blown away by how simple yet effective the reward based training methods we used were and how they helped my puppy Albert and I achieve success together in our training. I then went on to study to become a professional dog trainer and I have been a Puppy School UK certified tutor since 2018. I am also an accredited trainer with the Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC), a full member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT, no.01514) and a certified UK Sniffer Dogs Training Instructor.
I am fully insured, canine first aid trained and adhere to the ethical frameworks of the training councils with whom I am accredited. I am also committed to developing my dog training knowledge through regular continued professional development - so you can rest assured that you and your dog are in safe hands, with only the most current, kind and ethical training methods being used in our work together.

We provide a variety of canine coaching options for you and your adult dog including group courses, private training at your home and scentwork. Bespoke packages are available and discounts are provided for multiple sessions.
Puppy Training
We are proud franchise owners of a number of Puppy Schools across Surrey and SW London. Our exclusive βPuppy Packagesβ offer a variety of tailored support and cost effective training options for you and your puppy. Private training options also available.
Therapy Dog Training
